  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Additional fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
